The sales agent we had the misfortune of dealing with was Daniel Harris.
A word of warning, he will try 'bully boy' tactic to get you to completion as quickly as possible by making up lies e.g. "the seller is going to pull out as you're taking too long" etc.. I later found these to be completely fabricated when speaking to the sellers directly.
Also, I found out that messages I wanted passing on to the seller were not. He was very sneaky and reluctant to respond via emails (always requested I call him), suggesting he was doing this to reduce the audit trail for his negligence.
I could list countless examples of where I caught him out, but feel the above gives you a taste of what you are dealing with.
It's stressful enough buying a house without an estate agent making up lies and putting needless pressure on you. Disappointing experience.
